Formed in 1996, the Syringa Hospital Foundation is a nonprofit corporation dedicated to raising funds to ensure that Syringa Hospital & Clinics continues to provide Grangeville and the surrounding areas excellent family health care and promote community well-being.

All Foundation assets will assist the hospital in delivering quality medical care, whether in the purchase of capital equipment, expansion and remodeling of our physical plant, or other purposes deemed appropriate by the hospital. 

Syringa Hospital Foundation is goverend by a board of directors from the hospital district communities.  The hospital administrator, medical staff representative, board of trustees representative, senior staff representative and foundation executive director serve as ex-officio members.
