Certified Nurse Assistant
Syringa Hospital & Clinics is accepting applications for a Full-Time Certified Nurse Assistant. Under the direction and supervision of the licensed RN performs basic patient care services. The CNA assists the patient with ADL’s (activities of daily living) such as personal hygiene and grooming care, feeding, ambulation, turning, lifting, transporting of patients. RN - Surgery
Syringa Hospital and Clinics is accepting applications for a PRN Registered Nurse for the surgery department. The position is responsible for the proper and efficient management of all activities in the operating room. As a team member, he/she manages the nonsterile field and observes the sterile field during the surgical procedure. This position provides coordinated care to patients with chronic care conditions and or behavioral health needs by developing, monitoring, and evaluating interdisciplinary care. The Patient Care Coordinator coordinates team-based care to provide health services to individuals, through effective partnerships with patients, their caregivers/families, community resources, and their physician. Facilitates a “shared goal model” within and across settings to achieve coordinated high-quality care that is patient- and family-centered. RN, LPN, or Social Worker required.
